Do you accept card payments?

Yes we accept all card payments. You can either pay by card for all pick ups from the airport or in all of our cars using our mobile card machines.

How long does it take to get to Newcastle Airport?

It takes around 30 minutes from Durham City but the journey will take longer during peak times eg. morning & afternoon rush hour.

Will i share a car with any other passengers?

No we are taxi service not a transfer service. We do not make you share cars like other companies.

Yes we travel to all UK airports. Please email us for prices to other airports.

My flight has been delayed will you still collect me from the airport?

Yes we track all flights so we know that you will be delayed. We will still be there when your plane lands.

I have a booking with you & missed my flight. What should i do?

Accepted Answer

Email or call us immediatley otherwise you could loose your payment. As long as you let us know we will reschedule your pick up for no extra cost.

When i arrive at Newcastle airport how do i find my car?

During the booking process we take your mobile phone number so when you land your driver can text you & give you directions to where to find him.
